Shipping Policy – Korso Baby
At Korso Baby, we are committed to delivering our products in a timely, secure, and reliable manner. This Shipping Policy outlines the process, timelines, and conditions applicable to the shipment of orders placed on our website.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful order confirmation. Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, product launches, or unforeseen operational circumstances, processing times may be extended. Customers will be informed in such cases where necessary.
2. Shipping Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
• 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier serviceability.
Delivery timelines provided on the website are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier partner operations, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or other unforeseen events.
3. Shipping Coverage
Korso Baby currently ships orders within India only. Delivery availability is subject to serviceability of the provided pin code.
We reserve the right to restrict delivery to certain locations at our discretion.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at the time of checkout.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is offered at the discretion of Korso Baby and may be limited or withdrawn without prior notice.
We reserve the right to:
• Disable COD for certain pin codes or orders
• Restrict COD access for customers with repeated delivery refusals
• Cancel COD orders suspected of misuse or fraudulent activity
Orders refused or not accepted at the time of delivery (RTO cases) are not eligible for refund.
6. Delivery & Risk Transfer
Orders are shipped through authorized third-party logistics partners.
Risk of loss or damage to the product passes to the customer upon successful delivery at the provided address.
Korso Baby shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage after the order has been marked as delivered by the courier partner.
7. Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.
Delivery delays or failures resulting from incorrect address details, unavailability at the delivery location, or non-responsiveness may result in order return. Such cases will be treated as RTO and are not eligible for refund.
8. Delays & Non-Delivery
While we make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery, Korso Baby shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.
Our support team may assist in coordinating with the courier partner, where feasible.
9. Shipment Tracking
Once dispatched, shipment tracking details will be shared via email or SMS. Customers are encouraged to monitor their shipments using the provided tracking information.
