Return & Refund Policy – Korso Baby
At Korso Baby, we prioritize baby safety, hygiene, and product quality. Due to the nature of baby essentials, we follow a strict return and refund policy in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India).
Returns
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product
To raise a request, please share within 24 hours:
• Clear unboxing video (mandatory)
• Supporting photos
• Order ID
Approved cases will receive a replacement first.
Refunds are issued only if replacement is unavailable.
Cancellations
• Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order
• Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled or modified
Cash on Delivery (COD) & RTO
• Orders refused or not accepted at delivery are not eligible for refund
• Repeated COD refusals may result in COD being disabled
• Korso Baby reserves the right to cancel or restrict suspicious orders
